Young Communist League & Palestinian Democratic Youth Union Joint Statement
The Young Communist League, in solidarity with the Palestinian Democratic Youth Union, our fraternal youth organisations and the Palestinian people, unequivocally condemn the fascistic attacks of terrorist settlers in the Occupied West Bank, the apartheid, genocidal State of Israel which arms and supports them, and the British government which is wholly complicit.
YCL International Department Statement on the War in Sudan
On the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Sudanese Communist Party, the Young Communist League extends its greetings and solidarity to the Sudanese Communist Party, the Sudanese Youth Union, and its national affiliations, the National Consensus Forces and the Forces for Freedom and Change.
Statement on the 11th Congress of the General Union of Palestinian Students
The Young Communist League congratulates the General Union of Palestinian Students (GUPS) on the historic occasion of its 11th National Congress held in Beirut, Lebanon from 29 July to 1 August, the first to be held since the National Congress held in Baghdad, Iraq in 1990, and is honoured to have been invited and to have attended as a guest to this important event.

The Young Communist League of Britain stands in solidarity with our fraternal party and fellow World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFDY) member Savez Komunističke Omladine Jugoslavije (SKOJ) in demanding the immediate release of comrade Miloš Karavezić, General Secretary of SKOJ.
Statement on Far-Right Attacks
The YCL condemns the most recent attempts by the far-right to latch on to tragedy for their own nefarious purposes, and vows to continue its work in building the united front to bring together progressive organisations against racism and fascism.
Nakba Day 2026
In its commemoration of Nakba Day in 2026, the Young Communist League of Britain extends its admiration for the continuing sumud of the Palestinian people and condemns the Israeli ethnic cleansing of Palestine since 1947 and the ongoing genocide in Gaza lasting over two and a half years.
