Free Comrade Booker Ngesa Omole!
The Young Communist League of Britain condemns the abduction of comrade Booker Ngesa Omole, General Secretary of the Communist Party Marxist – Kenya, and stands in solidarity with our sister party. Reports that comrade Omole has been tortured in his detention at Mlolongo Police Station are disturbing but unfortunately unsurprising given his prior targeting for assassination last year, as well as an ongoing campaign of detention of comrades of the CPM-K.
Solidarity with Cuba Against Trump’s Escalations
The Young Communist League of Britain stands unequivocally with the Cuban people in their valiant struggle against United States’ imperialist aggression, exemplified by the recent executive order imposing a fuel blockade on Cuba.
Holocaust Memorial Day 2026
Today on the occasion of Holocaust Memorial Day, the Young Communist League of Britain remembers the millions who died under the barbarity of Nazi rule and occupation across Europe, aided and abetted by fascist collaborators, and opposed by resistance in which communists played a key, and in many cases leading, role.
