The Young Communist League are hosting a Young Worker Trade Union School for YCL and CP members on the 29th and 30th of August.

This weekend school is designed specifically for those with experience of the world of work as it now is.

The event will begin with arrival at Wortley Hall by 12 noon on Saturday the 29th and will end on Sunday the 30th at 12 noon. If you would like to attend but can only come for one day or part of a day please get in contact (office@ycl.org.uk).

The event will be held at Wortley Hall (the workers’ stately home!), Wortley, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S35 7DB, England (http://www.wortleyhall.org.uk/). This 18th-century stately home, set in 26-acre ornate gardens, is situated within easy reach of the M1 motorway. Restored in the early post-war era as an educational and holiday centre by Communists with the support the trade union, Labour, and Co-operative movements it now provides an ideal location for working class study.

There will be no cost to you in attending. Overnight accommodation will be provided at the Hall and paid for by the Party. Lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday will be provided.
